Fried Rice Recipe
Cook rice the traditional one.
Once cooked and soft, set aside.
For every two cups rice
1 Onion Chopped
10 Heads Mushrooms Chopped
Cup red, yellow, green pepper
Tbsp Chopped Garlic
20ml Cooking Oil
2 Tbsp Spice for Rice
In a large pan, heat oil, then sauté vegetables for 5 minutes. Sprinkle spice, stir then gradually add rice. Mix then serve.
Beef Curry Recipe
1.5 Kg Beef Stew
2 Beef Cubes
1 Tbsp Paprika
1Tbsp Crushed Chilles
5 Garlic Cloves minced
3 Tbsp Curry Paste
1 Tbsp Coriander
2 Tbsp BBQ with Garlic
1 Sachet Tomato Paste
15ml Cooking Oil
2 Carrots Chopped
2 Potatoes Chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 Large Green pepper chopped
1L water
Directions
In a large pot, brown meat over high heat then reduce heat to low.
Add cubes, paprika, coriander, curry paste, garlic, bbq with garlic and crushed chillies.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 1L water then cook over medium heat for 1 hour 45 minutes.
Water should be reduced at this point. Add your veggies with some tomato paste and simmer for 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
