1.Anita Akuffo

When looking out for celebrities in African wear you will always find Anita Akuffo. Here she is looking cute in this side-button African print jacket dress. This fitted ankara dress is really smart at knee-length; a great style to wear to work or church.

2.Thobile Makhumalo Mseleku

Thobile is well known for her bold and beautiful styles and this dress is not an exception. Here you have her rocking a monochrome Nguni print dress with matching hat and shoes. Lovely! And yes she did wear it to church on her birthday, so this is a great out fit for that purpose and special occasions like weddings. The shoes are really cute with the butterfly design.

3. Kim Oprah

Kim Oprah looks regal in this lovely “Zulu Queen” themed outfit. The African print mermaid dress coupled with the beaded gold lace top and black chiffon cape are not the too usual combination; guaranteed to turn heads.

And talking about her accessories, the Zulu Hat (Isicholo), Ndebele inspired bangles and necklace really complement her African look.

Did you notice the way the hat was designed with an African print base?

4. MaryRemmy Njoku

MaryRemmy totally changed the norm with this her African print styled poncho. You know that feeling when you want to be traditional, but you just want something out of the ordinary?

She really looks cute in this afrocentric style. We love it!

5. Mercy Aigbe

Mercy Aigbe is sort of like a style encyclopedia…You know when you really need to get info on what style will suit you and how to combine colours and accessories? Well that’s Mercy…

She looks really beautiful in this red “aso-ebi” style (African wedding guest styles): From the top you have her “Gele” (head tie or doek), then she has this red off shoulder ruffled top worn on her flowing skirt with thigh-high slit.

Her accessories are made up of her shoes which are red and gold, bracelets and choker, then her cute little rose purse!

Lovely!
