All You Need To Know About ‘Uzalo’ Cast, Nyalleng Thibedi. #Zekhethelo

Nyalleng Thibedi, 38, is a Soweto born South African actress, model and qualified chemical engineer best known to television viewers for her role as Rama, in the Mzansi Magic drama mini series, Single Mothers, in 2013.

Having graduated from UCT with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2001, she branched out into modelling and acting. She studied acting in New York and performed in several productions there.

In 2012 she had a guest starring role in an episode of the SABC2 police procedural drama series Streets of Mangaung and has subsequently performed in several Lokshin Bioskop series and films for Mzansi Magic, including iLobolo, The Society and Single Mothers.

She’s presently one of the casts of the TV drama, Uzalo. Her character, Zekhethelo, went through the most horrific experience when her mother was willing to prostitute her to the landlord for rent.
