Ingredients
500ml Fresh Cream
100ml Lemon Juice
1 tspn Mustard Seeds
1 Tbsp Fish Spice
1 Tbsp Flour
3 Sticks Butter
1 Small finely chopped onion
Or 1 Tspn onion and garlic powder
Preparation
Heat butter on medium heat then sauté onions and garlic.
On a separate bowl, whisk all the other ingredients then add to onions and garlic.
Once it starts to thicken, add your choice of seafood (prawns, mussels or fish)
Cook for 5 to 8 minutes then serve with your choice of side
