Gospel Artist Nosa Admonishes His Critics – “Don’t Attack One Who Is Sent Where You Weren’t Sent”

Gospel artist, ‘Nosa,’ shared a photo of his record label’s deal with Warner Music Group with his fans. But rather than talk about the content of the deal, he spoke sound wisdom to his critics. He wrote:
Meanwhile, Till now, a lot of people question my faith for being signed to a “secular label.” People who know NOTHING about who I am or where I’m coming from. Even some of of my songs that portrayed depth of God’s word, they didn’t regard because it “didn’t sound like “church” music. This may be partly due to a lack of understanding of the music industry; a refusal to know my story or a refusal to dig into God’s word beyond the thick religious shell that separate religion from love and truth.
I was serving actively as a pastor when I finally agreed to work with the label to help push my music after 18 months of refusing to sign. They were the only ones who showed genuine interest! The first Chocolate City artist was a gospel artist whose name I won’t mention here… I won’t go into a long sermon, but you must realise that this is a BUSINESS that serves people with different beliefs, from different backgrounds. It’s not a click or a crew.
Don’t attack one who is sent where you weren’t sent. Pray for that person! The Jews fought Paul for reaching out to the gentiles because it was beyond their understanding… Remember, no matter what you do on this earth, you must interact/do business with people from different backgrounds. YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, SoundCloud and so on, are not Christian platforms… Peace.
We will try again. This Gospel will be preached through every available means. We adapt, not adopt. ?
Nosa’s hit song, ‘Always Pray For You’ serenaded the airwaves in 2014, and has been a hit ever since.
So like he said in his post, rather than slander; ‘just pray for him.’ He is praying for you too.
