Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
1 Chicken
1 onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes grated
1 tbsp Garlic n Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Ground Jeera
1/2 Tsp Whole Jeera
2 Tsp Dhania Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp Tumeric
1 Tsp Crushed Dry Chillies
1 Cinnamon Stick
3 Whole Elachi
6 Curry Leaves
3 medium potatoes cut into 4
Salt to taste
Method:
Put oil in a pot, add all your whole spices and curry leaves. Fry for a minute then add the onions. When the onions get soft add the garlic n ginger.. Fry that for another minute then add all your spices. And chicken. Fry till chicken is evenly coated witg all the spices. Add the tomatoes. Fry till the tomatoes look ready. Then add water and boil on low. When chicken is almost ready add the potatoes And as much dhania as you want.
Serve with Jeera rice and Chapati
