Imagine Flying a Boeing Aircraft before Learning to Drive!

Adeola Ogunmola Sowemimo is the first Nigerian female pilot to work at Qatar Airways. She is also the first Nigerian female pilot to fly the Boeing 787 Dreamliner Aircraft accross the Atlantic.

Adeola is from Ogbomosho town in Oyo State. She graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) in Ogbomosho. She was also trained at the Sunrise Aviation Flight School, Ormond Beach, Florida.

Interestingly, Adeola who has been flying aircrafts may not know how to drive a car, yet. (See photo insert)

But one thing is very clear, Adeola Ogunmola learnt how to fly a plane before she was able to drive a car.
