Diamond Platnumz Set To Launch ‘Wasafi’ TV and Radio, Gets License

During the event, the Tanzanian entertainer had this to say:

“Today we were offically handed broadcasting license [email protected] and @wasafifm by the Minister of Information, Culture, Tourism and Sports Zanzibar, Hon. Rashid Ali Juma. Many thanks to the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar and the entire government of United Republic of Tanzania as a whole… Our president Hon. Dr John Pombe Magufuli & hon. Dr. Ali Mohammed Shein along with the Minister of Information and Culture, Mr Rashid Ali Juma & Harrison Mwakyembe.

Our goal is to create jobs for our journalists who are yet to be employed…. to appreciate that without them today we would not be here…. but also joint collaboration with our country Media in developing new talent from the streets in art, sports and Culture industry .”
