Scone Recipe



3 Cups Flour 

1 cup Butter 

1 Cup Sugar 

3 t/spoons Baking Powder 

4 Eggs 

1 ½ cup milk 

½ t/spoon Vanilla extract or essence 




In a bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the sugar and butter until the mixture looks creamy.  

Once creamy, start adding the eggs one at a time. Beat until the mixture is fluffy. 

Add the vanilla extract and mix, then add half the flour, and half the milk and mix lightly. 

Add the rest of the flour and milk and mix everything well. 

Please do not over mix. 

Drop the batter into a muffin pan and place in the oven at 360 degrees Fahrenheit
