Peanut Butter Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS
4 Chicken Breasts (diced)
4 Chicken Breasts (diced)
1 Garlic glove
3Tb spoons oil
¼ t spoon Black Pepper
¼ t spoon seasoned salt
¼ t spoons cayenne pepper
¼ t spoons onion powder
1 t spoon chicken stock mix
1 cup chicken broth
1 ½ Tb spoons peanut butter
Half medium onion (chopped)
Half large tomatoes (chopped)
METHOD
In a frying pan, add the oil and heat it on medium. Then add the chicken to fry until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and put it in a pot.
Using the same pan, fry the chopped onions and tomatoes for about 5 minutes to 8 minutes.
While the tomatoes and onions are frying, mix the peanut butter with the chicken broth.
Turn on the chicken to medium heat, add the tomatoes and onions to the chicken, then add the peanut butter mixture and then sprinkle in the spices.
Let the chicken simmer for about 20 minutes and there you have it.
Enjoy with a bow of rice or if you’re Zambia, go ahead and make that Nshima!
