Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:
¹ Cup Left Over Rice
¹ Red Onion
¹ Small Green Pepper
¹ Small Yellow Pepper
¹ Small Red Pepper
² Eggs
¹ Tsp Dark Soy Sauce
¹ Tsp Chicken Spice
¹ Tsp Garlic and Ginger Paste
Bunch of chopped dhania
Method:
Cut all the veggies into cubes. Add abit of oil to pan, add all the veggies. Fry for abit then add the garlic and ginger paste and chicken spice. Move veggies to one side then add 2 beat eggs and scramble. Then mix everything. Add the rice and soy sauce and chopped dhania.
