500g Skinless Oxtail
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Medium Paprika Pepper
1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
1 Clove Garlic
2 Small Yellow Pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp Peppersoup
3 Stock Cubes
1 1/2 Tsp Salt

Tips
Try to cook more Oxtail than you need so you can store some in the freezer for next time. Portion it before you add the pepper soup spices so you can make a different dish next time.
Ox tail takes a while to cook, so the smaller you cut the pieces the quicker the cooking time.
