Minced Beef with Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

Beef Mince

Onion

Tomato paste

Tomatoes

Potatoes

Green pepper

Carrots

Black pepper

Salt

Cooking Oil

Soup thickener

Method

Add oil to pan on medium heat until brown.

Add tomatoes, Onion, potatoes,carrots and sprinkle black paper and salt.

Let it cook for about 3 minutes and then add tomato paste, green paper and the thickener.

Let it cook.

PS: I like to add green pepper when I’m almost done cooking to preserve that amazing green-peppery taste
