Crispy Fresh Kapenta with Flour Recipe


Method
Dry the kapenta on a newspaper/paper towel and add some salt and pepper to taste.
Pour milk into a bowl and soak the fish both sides
Roll the kapenta in flour and then heat some oil in a pan and fry until brown and crisp.
