Sweet Chilli Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

12 Pieces Chicken

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 Tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning

1 Tbsp Portuguese Chicken Spice

1 Tbsp (flat) Aromat

50ml Lemon Juice

20ml Olive Oil

100 ml Sweet Chillie Sauce

Add ingredients to chicken and marinade in a clean plastic bag. Massage meat with marinade occasionally for 1 hour.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°

Place chicken in oven pan and bake (bottom only) for 1hour.

Grill (top and bottom) for further 10min. Careful not to burn chicken, this will not spoil taste but definitely will mess up presentation.
