Spaghetti and Meat Balls Recipe

 

 

Meat Balls Ingredients

 

Ground beef + ground pork (The pork is optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg

2 tbs bread crumbs

1 tbsp crushed garlic 

Bunch of freshly chopped parsley 

 

Method

 

Mix everything together and make the balls. Keep them in the fridge for about an hour.. coat each meat ball in flour then shallow fry till golden: brown. And set aside.

 

The Sauce Ingredients:

 

1 finely chopped onion

1 finely chopped sweet Italian pepper

1 tsp garlic 

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tomatoes grated

1 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp steak n chops

1 tsp paprika

2 bay leaves

 

Method

In the same pot you fried the meatballs, add onions and peppers, garlic and bay leaves.

Then add all the spices. 

Let it fry for a bit then add tomatoes and tomato sauce. . 

When the sauce is ready, add the meat balls.

 

Cook the spaghetti then mix everything together.
