A Simple Recipe for Fried Rice

Ingredients for Fried Rice

  • I cup of uncooked Rice (Approximately 3 Cups of cooked Rice)
  • 1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables (I used Carrots, sweet Peas, Sweet Corn and Green Beans)
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 2 Scallions(Green Onion)
  • Beef Liver (optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Curry powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Thyme
  • 3/4 cup of chicken or Turkey stock
  • 1 Stock cube (Bouillon cube)
  • 4 Tablespoons of Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
