Ingredients for Fried Rice
- I cup of uncooked Rice (Approximately 3 Cups of cooked Rice)
- 1 Cup of Mixed Vegetables (I used Carrots, sweet Peas, Sweet Corn and Green Beans)
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 2 Scallions(Green Onion)
- Beef Liver (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon of Curry powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Thyme
- 3/4 cup of chicken or Turkey stock
- 1 Stock cube (Bouillon cube)
- 4 Tablespoons of Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
