South African Wedding Food Recipes: Creamy Spicy Chicken Liver

Ingredients

500g Chicken Liver Tub

1 Medium Onion

2 Garlic Cloves Minced

2 Tbsp Chilli Paste

1 Tbsp Paprika

1 Tspn Masala Spice

1 Tspn Aromat

1 Cup Cream

Directions

In a non stick pan, fry finely chopped onions and garlic till soft.

Add Chicken livers, let them fry, turn then add spices followed by chilli paste.

Cook for 10 minutes. Then add cream.

Simmer then serve.
