Traditional Wedding Menu ideas: Dumpling Recipe

Ingredients
500g Snowflake Magwenya Flour
2 Tspn Yeast
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Small Carrot finely grated
1 Tspn Dried Herbs
2 Cups Warm Water
Pinch Of Salt
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
You will also need 6 hole silicone cupcake pan
A large pot to fit pan in
Directions
In a bowl, pout flour, sugar, salt, carrots, herbs, olive oil.
Mix then pour warm water mixing dough until soft. Dough must not be too firm or too watery.
Cover dough with clean cloth and leave to raise in a warm area.
Scoop dough into silicone pan. Leave space to allow dough to raise.
Leave in a warm area.
On high heat, boil 1L water then carefully add in silicone pan and cover. (Water must not cover Dumplings)
Cook covered with lid for 20minutes.
