A Simple Egg Fried Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS for Egg Fried Rice:

  • 6 cups of cooked and cooked down basmati rice (substitute with any long grain rice)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 6 spring onions chopped and white separated from green.
  • 2 large carrots diced
  • 12 green beans chopped
  • 1 large red bell pepper chopped
  • 3 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Etta virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning (substitute with1 small chicken or vegetable bouillon)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
