INGREDIENTS for Egg Fried Rice:
- 6 cups of cooked and cooked down basmati rice (substitute with any long grain rice)
- 8 large eggs
- 6 spring onions chopped and white separated from green.
- 2 large carrots diced
- 12 green beans chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper chopped
- 3 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Etta virgin olive oil
- 4 Tbsp butter
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning (substitute with1 small chicken or vegetable bouillon)
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
