Ujeqe Steamed Bread with Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
For the wheat bran steamed bread with yeast:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 Tablespoons of sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
1/2 cup of wheat bran
Lukewarm water

For the steamed bread with carrots and cheese:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 Tablespoons of sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
Mixed herbs
Origanum
Cheese
Grated carrots
Lukewarm water
