PORK TROTTERS Recipe

Ingredients:

Pork trotters

600ml water

Ā 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp salt

4 whole cloves garlic

4 tbsp tomato sauce; onion, chopped

3 large tomatoes

Oil.

Ā 

METHOD

Ā 

Heat oil in pot.Ā 

Add the pork trotters and salt.Ā 

Fry until browned.

Add water, Worcestershire sauce and the garlic cloves.Ā 

Add onions and curry powder.Ā 

Fry for 4 min.

Add the tomatoes and lemon juice.

Allow mixture to slow cook for a further 2-3 hours on low heat.Ā 

Cook until very tender.

Add a little bit of water and tomato sauce.
