Vegan Samosa Recipe

Ingredients
Samosa Wrappers for 2 big potatoes filling
* 160 gm all purpose flour + a pinch of salt
* 4 Tbs canola / olive oil
* Warm water about 1/4~1/2 cup
PREPARATION
Mix flour and salt, add oil while stirring (you should get granules now), add warm water gradually, knead with hands until the dough gets elastic (when you handle, it’s not crumbling).
Cut off dough as big as golf ball size. Roll out into disc. Trim the edge with pizza cutter / knife / any circular item, yielding about 15cm-diameter circle. Divide into two sheets. Fold into triangles.
Samosa Filling
Basically it’s up to you to put any kind of protein or vegetable in your samosa, including the seasonings.
In mine, I put mashed potato (steam in microwave 800W for 3-5 minutes and mash), greenpeas, curry powder, salt pepper, and red chili.
