Pumpkin Leaves With Nuts (Ifisashi)

Ingredients:
Bunch of pumpkin leaves cleaned and cut
1 Tsp soda
Abit of water
Salt to taste
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
5 heaped tbsp ground nuts
1 green chilli (Optional)
Method:
Put water in a pot, really little water just enough to cover the bottom of the pot. Add soda. When water gets hot, add pumpkin leaves and tomatoes. Put the lid on for about minutes. Make a paste with the nuts and abit of water. Add to the pot with the salt and keep stiring on low. When it looks ready (I never time it, I just know it’s ready) add onions and chopped chilli and simmer on low. Enjoy.
