PORK TROTTERS Recipe

Ingredients:
Â
Pork trotters
600ml water
 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
4 whole cloves garlic
4 tbsp tomato sauce; onion, chopped
3 large tomatoes
Oil.
Â
METHOD
Â
Heat oil in pot.Â
Add the pork trotters and salt.Â
Fry until browned.
Add water, Worcestershire sauce and the garlic cloves.Â
Add onions and curry powder.Â
Fry for 4 min.
Add the tomatoes and lemon juice.
Allow mixture to slow cook for a further 2-3 hours on low heat.Â
Cook until very tender.
Add a little bit of water and tomato sauce.
