Chicken Samosa Recipe with Corn and Cheese

Ingredients

Chicken-1kg Boneless

Capsicum- 4-5 Medium sized Finely Chopped

Onion- 4 Medium sized Finely chopped

Corn- 500gms

Cheese- Shredded

Cheese Spread- 2tbsp

Salt, Pepper, Red Chilli Flakes- As per taste

Garlic- 10 cloves Finely minced

Green chillies- As per taste

Samosa Strip- 1 Packet

Butter- 100gms

Method of Preparation

Boil the chicken and shred it to small pieces

Boil the corn until well cooked and tender

Chop the capsicum into fine pieces In a pan, add butter and add the garlic and Chilli.

Sauté it for 2-3 minutes

Add the onion and sauté just until it changes its colour

Add the chopped capsicum and mix it well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame

Add cheese spread, shredded chicken and boiled corn and give it a good mix

Throw in all your seasonings and shredded cheese and adjust it as per your taste

Give it a good mix and your samosa filling is ready

Quick Tips

Make the samosas once the filling is completely cooled down

Use a batter made out of wheat flour and water mixed into a thick paste to stick the samosa strip
